Civilization engineering is like any other engineering; it is a couple of two functions, the scientific discovery and the application of this discovery in a practical way which can be useful to people. Civilization is the state of affairs of people living and functioning together, jointly, cooperatively to produce and experience the benefits of living and functioning jointly and cooperatively. The word "civilization" comes from the Roman word for "city". It involves a society involving cities, and cities involve people living and acting together, jointly, in a cooperative and interactive way. Civilization engineering promotes cooperation, which is opposite to individualism, encouraging joint survival through joint action, providing the best platform for a better quality of life, security, material abundance, the arts, culture, and the possibility of individual development, hope and happiness, and all that matters to us most.
